NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Upper Thompson Sanitation District (“District”) and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the District shall consider increasing the District’s System Development Fee at open public meetings to be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, and Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at the offices of the District located at 2196 Mall Road, Estes Park, Colorado 80517.
Note that the September 21, 2021 meeting is a virtual-only meeting. Please check back for details as to whether future meetings will be virtual or in-person as we evaluate current Covid data and plan meetings accordingly.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may appear at said times and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections to the Board regarding this matter. Information regarding the District’s rates and fees may be obtained from the District Manager, Mr. Chris Bieker. Mr. Bieker may be contacted at the District administration office located at 2196 Mall Road, Estes Park, Colorado 80517; or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by telephone at 970.586.4544.
