Notice Is Hereby Given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of Upper Thompson Sanitation District for the ensuing year of 2025; that a copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the office of the District at 2196 Mall Road, Estes Park, Colorado, where the same is open for public inspection; and that such proposed budget will be considered at a public hearing which will be held during the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the District, at 2196 Mall Road, Estes Park, Colorado, on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. Any elector within the District may, at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget, inspect the budget and file or register any objections thereto.
Individuals who wish to address the Board via public participation may do so “in-person”, via telephone, or virtually through online participation, facilitated by the Zoom platform. Members of the public wishing to join the meeting via online or telephone participation, may email a request for the meeting link or telephone number to Ms. Gina Moore, Secretary to the Board, at gina@utsd.org by 2:00 p.m. on November 19, 2024.
