Notice is Hereby Given pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Upper Thompson Sanitation District (“District”) and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the District shall consider the District’s rates and fees at open public meetings to be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 and 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at the offices of the District located at 2196 Mall Road, Estes Park, Colorado 80517.
Notice is Further Given that any interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments, or objections to the Board regarding this matter. Information regarding the District’s rates and fees may be obtained from the District Manager, Mr. Chris Bieker. Mr. Bieker may be contacted at the District administration office located at 2196 Mall Road, Estes Park, Colorado 80517; or via email at chris@utsd.org, or by telephone at 970.586.4544.
Individuals who wish to address the Board regarding this matter may do so “in-person,” via telephone, or virtually through online participation, facilitated by the Microsoft Teams platform. Members of the public wishing to join the meetings online or by telephone may email Ms. Gina Moore, Secretary to the Board, at gina@utsd.org by 2:00 p.m., November 21, 2023, and by 2:00 p.m., December 19, 2023, to request a link or telephone number for the meeting.
